Ben specialises in a weight management programme of acupuncture which is a totally personalised and unique programme for each client, initially organised over 6 session of approximately 1 hour each over a 3 week period. Ben will tailor the programme to each individual client based on their personal issues, in order to home in on a direct hormone imbalance and the correction of this imbalance leads to changed eating habits, improved energy levels, thus allowing greater exercise levels, all leading to better weight management.

As a starter offering he will provide 3 sessions for just £50 - a sampler session for free followed by 2 further session at just £25 each. A further option for those suffering with stress and anxiety is a simple 35 minute nada protocol which helps with pain relief and anxiety - it comprises 5 needles in each ear and is virtually painless as are all Ben’s acupuncture treatments.
